Terms of Service

By using the Saba Transport Discord bot you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before interacting with the bot.

📋 1. Acceptance

By running any command or interacting with any button or modal provided by the Saba Transport bot, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using the bot and its features.

🤖 2. What the Bot Does

Links your Discord account to your Roblox account via OAuth 2.0
Lets you submit a job application to join Saba Transport
Lets management review, accept, or deny applications
Tracks active crew members and their ranks
Manages Voyage Permission Documents (VPDs) for crew
Posts online-status updates for on-duty crew members

✅ 3. Eligibility

To submit an application you must:

Have an active Roblox account linked via /link
Meet the minimum group rank requirement set by management
Not already have an open application under review
Not be on the blacklist
Not already hold the Saba Transport or Training role

📝 4. Application Conduct

All answers submitted in an application must be truthful and your own
Submitting false information is grounds for immediate blacklisting
You may only have one open application at a time
Decisions made by reviewers are final
Spam-applying after repeated denials may result in a blacklist

🚫 5. Blacklist Policy

Management reserves the right to blacklist any user from the application system. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

Providing false or misleading information
Repeated bad-faith applications
Disruptive or abusive behaviour toward staff
Violating Roblox community standards

Blacklisted users may appeal by contacting a Director in the Discord server.

🔗 6. Roblox OAuth

By clicking the link generated by /link you are initiating a Roblox OAuth 2.0 authorisation flow. You authorise Saba Transport to read your Roblox user ID and display name. You may revoke this at any time by running /unlink in Discord or removing the application from your Roblox account settings.

The Saba Transport bot is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from technical failures. Management reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

🔄 8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
