This policy explains what data the Saba Transport Discord bot collects, why it collects it, and how it is stored and used.
Saba Transport is a Roblox community. The bot operates on our Discord server and handles account linking, job applications, and crew management. It is operated by the Saba Transport management team.

All data is stored in a private SQLite database on our server. It is not shared with any third party. Data is retained for as long as you are part of the community. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting a member of management in our Discord server.
When you run /link the bot redirects
you to Roblox's authorisation page. We only request the
openid and
profile scopes — this gives us
your Roblox user ID and display name. We do not receive your password,
email address, or any payment information.
